About the team
DFP ManDev supports the DFP Production sites across the world by creating innovative improvements to production processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. DFP ManDev Business Support is a team consisting of 12 skilled and professional employees that drive a broad range of business processes and supporting activities across ManDev incl. management support, financial planning, strategy and business plans, training etc.
Since effective as well as secure IT systems are prerequisites for all the work that ManDev does, we also need a strong IT and Digitalisation Partner in Business Support to drive this across ManDev.
The position
As the IT and Digitalisation Partner you will set the direction and deliver results for ManDev’s IT and Digitalisation processes.
You will be responsible for ManDev’s IT compliance including System Management and Life Cycle Management. You will act as the IT Security Coordinator and participate in DFP IT networks and process groups. You will proactively identify better practices and create improvement projects within IT methods and techniques.
As the Digitalisation partner will identify candidates for digitalisation and the right technology, such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Business Process Management (BPR). As the project manager you take part in mapping of processes and hand over to the developers and you participate in networks to scale and accelerate development.
Qualifications
You have minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management including IT compliance and infrastructure. You hold a master level in IT, technical or similar and you have a very strong IT expertise. You preferably have knowledge about DFP ManDev’s core processes or from another GMP environment, and you have a strong process understanding including how to drive process optimisations. You have communication and presentation skills for top management communication and cross organisational networks. Additionally, you are fluent in English speaking and writing.
The ideal candidate is good at interacting with stakeholders from different cultures and organisational levels and have competencies like a high level of initiative and personal drive and a strong sense of ownership for own areas of responsibility. You are inspiring and motivating and able to handle complex tasks with few or no defined procedures in place. With your strong change management skills, you can act as an innovator that strives for continuous improvement.
