We are looking for a SAP functional specialist(PP-PI/QM) for the Product Supply (PS) @SAP programme in Manufacturing IT.
About the department
The purpose of the PS@SAP programme is to replace the current IT Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system PRISM to support the future supply chain in Product Supply.
The programme has ensured successful implementations of SAP and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) systems in Denmark, Brazil, China, France, US, Russia and Japan. We are currently implementing in Iran, Algeria, US, and Denmark. This means that we work in an international environment where travels are expected. We have an ambitious road ahead and we therefore need ambitious people to ensure the success of PS@SAP.
The position
You will get the opportunity to work across the SAP Logistics area in a broad sense and specifically with the SAP PP-PI and QM modules. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Deploy NN sap template
- Collect and load master data
- Perform fit/gap workshops with local sites
- Perform test and validation activities
- Perform training activities
- Hypercare support
A high level of quality must be ensured in our deliverables; you will therefore manage ITIL processes and adhere to all financial and GxP requirements. The project is working in accordance with the SAFe method where you will execute on agile iterations.
Qualifications
You have a strong conceptual understanding of, and experience with, the SAP Logistic landscape, and you have a couple of years’ experience with the SAP Logistics modules, preferably PP/PP-PI and/or QM. Your experience covers both technical elements related to configuration as well as a good understanding of the involved business processes. You also are familiar with writing functional specifications for ABAP developments, and working with users as well as developers to define a suitable solution.
You are well-versed in maintaining and building upon interfaces between SAP and other legacy systems, as well as experience within batch management. You possess strong analytical skills, seek best practice solutions and are always willing to involve other people when handling risks and dilemmas. You are fluent in both written and spoken English. As a person you are a team player, have a good sense of humour and enjoy a busy, professional and informal atmosphere. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, especially in working within GxP regulation.
You have a global mind-set and preferably experience from working with optimisation projects or implementation of IT systems.
