About the department
You will get the opportunity to join an expanding, international and high performing team in Bagsværd, Denmark which is responsible for IT towards Novo Nordisk’s producing units-Product Supply. Manufacturing IT has an ambitious and exciting project pipeline which includes digitalisation of our QC laboratories, leveraging Manufacturing Intelligence in production, reducing paper in support processes for example by electronic batch records and electronic log books, and supporting production operators by use of AR/VR and mobile devices at the line.
We are also implementing a new Agile project execution model to be able to deliver higher and faster benefits to our colleagues working at our production sites. With both new technology and new ways of working on our agenda, we would like to get inspiration from the university world by having you as an Intern in our team.
The position
On a high level, your responsibilities will vary widely and could for example include data analysis, information gathering, communication material preparation, managing stakeholders and independently driving hands-on work with the manufacturing sites. You are expected to support projects owned by the department involving stakeholders across the global organisation.
- Internship period: 6-12 months
- Working hours: Flexible (min. 18 and max. 37 hours a week)
- Starting date: 1 September 2019
- Internships are remunerated, if your education track allows
- A Danish full time work permit is required
Qualifications
We are looking for an Intern with a passion for project management and new technologies. You are currently studying for your Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar. We expect you to master English, verbally as well as in writing.
You have an innovative mind-set providing new ways of communicating to a diverse audience. You have strong work ethics and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning. We expect you to be service minded, able to work independently and that you are great at focusing on solutions and opportunities.
