Then you might be the new Production Planner we are looking for to join our team in Supply Chain Planning in DFP.
About the department
You will be a part of our Supply Chain Planning team in Diabetes Finished Production (DFP) site in Bagsværd, who is responsible for production planning, creating supply chain analysis and measuring supply chain activities for our Filling and inspection production lines. The department’s primary goal is to ensure timely deliveries to our customers and to make management recommendations ensuring the right strategic decisions regarding the capacity.
We always seek to systematically solve our problems, have an eye for the entire business and do our best to deliver despite any obstacles that crosses our way. We are a small team who works close together and support each other when needed.
The position
As a Production Planner, your overall objective is to ensure stable and reliable planning while continuously improving the supply chain. You will be responsible for the daily supply chain planning of the filling and inspection lines, and ensuring our products are delivered timely in order to meet our customers’ demands. You are expected to be proactive, being able to deliver clear prioritisations and involve relevant stakeholders in case of constraints.
In this role, you will need good communication and a structured approach to the tasks at hand to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders. You will join an experienced and talented team where we have an informal and direct tone and where we value each other’s differences. As it is 24/7 production site, you will also be a part of a phone guard duty outside working hour.
The position is temporary 24 months hire.
Qualifications
You have an academic degree within a relevant discipline e.g. Supply Chain Management, Production engineering or similar and find yourself passionate about supply chain planning and logistics. Ideally you have experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Experienced user of SAP and Excel will be an advantage.
You have a positive and open mind-set and you are good at building relationships and communicating across cultures. You have, and you enjoy working independently and proactively in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks to coordinate and execute on, changing priorities and strict deadlines. You also have a strong quality mind-set and solid analytical skills. Lastly, fluency in written and spoken English and Danish is required.
