Product Application Trainer
We are busy here at PolyTech in Bramming, Denmark. Therefore, we are looking for a product application trainer to train our customers in the integration of our products into their blades – e.g. our leading edge protection system ELLE™ and our lightning protection systems. The right candidate for this position has experience with wind turbine blades from an ISP company, an OEM or both.
You will be training customers in our Training Centre in Bramming or on various locations worldwide where our customers manufacture blades or have turbines running in service.

To succeed in this job, it is important that you like to work with other persons and interact with them in a respectful way.
We expect you to work at our training centre located in Bramming when you are not training customer at their sites. Between training periods you will be supporting the PolyTech R&D Material and Processes team in the development of processes used for the application of our products.
As a person, you are good at organizing and planning. You will have a wide contact sphere, internally as well as externally. It is crucial that you can work unassisted at customers and can work together with your colleages in the training team, in the sales team and in other parts of PolyTech.

- To train customers in the installation of PolyTech’ products, both for factory and service customers.
- To cooperate with our other training specialists in the development of training programs.
- To do practical work when developing new products and processes
Skills we are searching for:
- You have knowledge of blade manufacturing processes
- You have knowledge of blade servicing processes
- You have experience working with composite materials
- You have experience with different working access methods like rope, crane and platforms.
- You have good skills in training other persons
- You can interact with other people - operators as well as top level
- You can work together with people from every region of the world
- You speak and read English at a high level (Most training will be in English)
