Join Injection Moulding Operations
At our site in Mørdrup, Denmark, you will team up with 3 process technicians, 4 area managers and 1 project manager in our Injection Moulding Operations team. We are part of the Injection Moulding department consisting of 25 enthusiastic and committed employees. Together, we provide timely, cost-efficient and stable deliverables of injection-moulded parts in the right quality. These parts will subsequently be used for making our high-quality catheters and ostomy bags.
We work with both development projects and ensure that our daily operations performed by our IM suppliers run smoothly. Some suppliers are based in Denmark, others in Europe or overseas, and this will take you travelling 20-40 days a year.

Step into a versatile role with broad responsibilities
As our new injection moulding process manager, you will step into a versatile role working with both new development projects and optimisation initiatives in the daily operations. You will gain a broad network, collaborating globally with toolmakers, engineers and IM suppliers. More specifically, you:

Hands-on experience with IM and process development
Moreover, you bring strong communication skills, enabling discussions with our global IM suppliers and stakeholders internally. Also, you have a structured approach to your work, allowing you to proceed systematically with templates, processes, etc.

As our new injection moulding process manager, you will step into a versatile role working with both new development projects and optimisation initiatives in the daily operations. You will gain a broad network, collaborating globally with toolmakers, engineers and IM suppliers. More specifically, you:
- Support IM suppliers in how to make daily operations run efficiently
- Support and advise IM suppliers during potential production challenges
- Manage the development and documentation of stable processes for new moulding tools
- Provide IM process-related input for internal review meetings
- Become responsible for our Injection Moulding Pilot Test Centre in MØR
- Manage the establishment and maintenance of internal moulding process-related procedures and instructions incl. our IM process parameters template

Hands-on experience with IM and process development
- You have a technical background, e.g. as a plastics or production engineer with a special interest in injection moulding or as a senior process technician
- You must have hands-on experience with process development and injection moulding
- You have experience from the injection molding business and preferably an international company within the medical devices area
- You speak and write English effortlessly
