About the department
The department consists of approx. 110 employees divided into 6 teams. We support and operate in one of Biopharm's largest aseptic production facilities. As equipment responsible, you will be part of the department's technical support team of 11 employees, ensuring that our equipment is ready for processing. The department is characterized by high involvement, enthusiasm and a humorous and informal attitude. We have a high level of professionalism and emphasize cooperation and knowledge sharing.
The job
As equipment responsible, you will be a part of our sub team responsible for the technical support for a broad variety of equipment, focusing on optimization and maintenance of their validated state.
To ensure that the equipment is ready for production within the pharmaceutical industry's requirements, you will be a part of the daily support with expert knowledge for handling incidents, change requests, deviations and cross organizational projects. In other words, you will play a key role in problem solving, document approval, and ensuring that the solutions are in line with industry standards.
Qualifications
You have a technical education e.g. mechanical-, chemical-, production engineer or similar. You have at least 3 years of professional experience with technical support.
You are expected to be very interested in technical installations and prefer to work in a dynamic environment. You manage to make quick decisions on the floor without compromising quality. To fit the team, you must be structured and ready to work systematically and with a hands-on approach. Experience with GMP and good writing skills is a big advantage. Furthermore, you must be fluent in Danish.
