How you might spend your days
As Director of Site Management, you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team where you'll be:
- Leading the overall HSE team, site logistic setup, construction scheduling and responsible for the site management budget.
- Reporting status on HSE, cost, budget and progress to Project Director on a monthly basis.
- Ensure safe and efficient work on site during mobilization, civil & installation period.

- Are without a doubt a team leader, which for us means a great deal of team leadership skills to be able to keep the people around you focused on the job and ensure their efficiency to deliver on the project within the deadline given.
The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Site Safety is of your priority, and you have a track record from setting safety first.
- You are a people leader and know how to set ambitious goals and reach them.
- You have a degree in engineering within mechanical, electrical or civil engineering.
- You have minimum 10 years of experience as site/ construction/ commissioning management of large-scale process installations and preferable within the life science/biotech industry.
- You speak and write English fluently (Danish optional).
