At Blücher, they are looking for a new colleague for their production. Your tasks will include:
Your primary task will be to weld stainless steel thin-walled pipes / sheets, but there can sometimes be other tasks within industrial processing of stainless steel sheets / pipes.
To work with CO2 welding and other technical tasks if needed.
It is important that you are open to the various tasks a working day can bring and that you are willing to do the tasks where you are needed.
Working hours
At Blücher, we have day, evening and night shifts, which means that production never stops. The working hours on the day shift are Monday-Friday 6:45 - 14:50 - with the exception of Friday, when the working hours are 6:45 - 14:20.
The position is basically a temporary position but will end up in a permanent position for the right candidate.
A combination of craftsmanship and modern production
BLÜCHER uses a process-based approach in each step of production. Their facilities in Vildbjerg have the most modern pipe systems in Europe for rolling and welding pipes as well as laser cutting, deep drawing and punching, hand welding and pickling.
BLÜCHER works with a strong combination of craftsmanship and robot technology to ensure short delivery times and flexibility for custom-made solutions.

Experience in industry and production
- Maybe you have truck certificate and knowledge of LEAN.
- Experience with tig welding
- Possibly. experience with CO2 welding
- Positive, flexible, energetic and stable personality
- Can work independently but also in teams.
- Quality and responsibility conscious
- Desire for challenges
- You must be able to communicate in Danish or English in both writing and speaking.
