Your mission and how you’ll make an impact
You will be part of a small and engaged team specialized in operation and maintenance of cryogenic production facilities, where liquid gases are produced and refrigerated. You will be based at our production site in Hedensted, but also manage the sites in Kalundborg, Helsingborg (Sweden) and Odda (Norway), which means you will travel between the different sites at time to maintain the production.
As a Process technician within our team, you will ensure continuous operations of our production sites using the latest technology for producing oxygen and nitrogen. At Air Liquide, we value providing great quality and service to our customers, and therefore it’s important that we stay available to their needs and deliver on time. You will ensure production facilities are prepared in order to start and close down on time as well as to troubleshoot in the production when it’s needed.
As a Process Technician, you will have the opportunity to become an expert at Air Liquide within cryogenic production and maintenance and contribute to our continuous growth and improvement of processes.
Who are you?
In order to apply for this role, we believe you have a mechanical or electrical background from, for example, the process industry, power generation or similar. The production facilities are highly automated so knowledge of programmable logic controller (PLC) systems is an advantage, but not a must.
As Safety is our highest priority, it’s important that you share this value. Our team is dedicated to delivering great service to our customers on time, and therefore you are flexible and able to step in to support your colleagues when it’s needed.
As we are managing sites in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, travel is expected and it’s therefore important that you are willing to travel within the Nordics about 30-40 days per year.
You are fluent in Danish and it’s important that you have good knowledge of English since it’s our group language.
Additional information
You will be placed at our production site in Hedensted, but will be expected to travel to our sites in Kalundborg, Helsingborg, and Odda.
