GORM Agency is looking for an outgoing and passionate Senior .NET Developer who thrives in being involved in the entire development process from start to finish. From meeting customers to design, development, testing and implementation. All in close collaboration with your team. A team who listens and where your opinions and solutions are highly valued.

You report to the UX Director and will be part of an ambitious UX and development team consisting of 6 developers, 2 UXs, freelancers, and student workers. You will further work closely with a team of project managers, UI designers, and specialists in social media, online marketing and data. Together you create digital solutions for customers, and you will soon discover that your work makes a big difference.

You can look forward to various responsibilities and tasks, where your primary time will be on development.

Primary job responsibilities will be:

• Designing and developing high-quality web applications
• Collaborating with other team members to understand project requirements, specifications, and timelines
• Collaborating with other team members to scope and estimate projects
• Writing efficient, reusable, and well-documented code using .NET languages
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other developers to ensure code quality
• Developing and maintaining SQL Server databases and writing queries and stored procedures

Secondary job responsibilities will be:

• Debugging and troubleshooting issues, identifying and fixing defects, and ensuring application performance and availability
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in .NET
• Participating in agile software development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings

Your background is probably as a backend developer or Full Stack developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the .Net framework.

Besides the above-mentioned, we believe that you are confident with the following skills:

• Git, GitFlow, Actions and Wiki
• RESTful API
• Application Integrations
• Unit Testing
• Windows, SQL

If you have experience with Umbraco CMS, DevOps, Docker, Cloud, Linux or frontend experience, it will be seen as an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person, you are structured and curious, you thrive with having a lot on your plate, and you can stay on top of things. You follow your projects through and take responsibility for your solutions.

You have a positive mindset and value sparring with other skilled individuals. Furthermore, you are good at communicating with a high level of likeability, and you can build good work relations, both internally and externally.
