Your Opportunity
As our new Junior Data Analyst in EPOS Business Management, you will support the Enterprise Solutions Global Sales strategic team in building an effective analytics organization, developing our fast-growing global brand to leverage key data and drive evidence-based decision-making.
In your new student job, your tasks will vary to a certain extent depending on the team's specific projects and needs. However, there will be strong focus on supporting short-term and long-term strategic projects through analysis and structuring of information, as well as co-creating and administering content for an international community of skilled professionals.
You will work with our Global Sales processes, and you will be provided with a unique opportunity to understand the underpinnings of our business.

You will be employed on flexible terms that are consistent with your study program, but we would like your help approx. 15 hours per week, preferably 2-3 regular days. It is important to note that some weeks will be busier than others in relations to various projects. The calendar of activities will be discussed and planned together, with a natural flexibility to have less hours during exams and larger assignments.

You will work with our Global Sales processes, and you will be provided with a unique opportunity to understand the underpinnings of our business.
More precisely, you can picture yourself doing the following
- Assist with the development and implementation of data model for pricing analytics.
- Execute data analysis and provide recommendations to the business
- Develop reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support on strategic project management tasks
- Help the team with analysis and documentation of cross-functional business processes.
- Be able to assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks for business development projects.
You possess the following qualifications
- Are in the last year of your Bachelor’s degree or first year of your Master’s degree, with at least 1 year left of studies (for example, you study Business Analytics, Economics and Finance, Business Administration or similar).
- Analytical and structured mindset, with strong attention to detail.
- Capable of using data analytics and business acumen to help the organization in converting complex open-ended questions into simplified prescriptions for decision-making.
- Knowledge of MS Excel functions, macro and basic automation flows.
- Experience in working with datasets – basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) is a plus.
- Any knowledge of pricing modelling is appreciated, but not required.

- Are curious and not afraid to ask colleagues for advice if you encounter problems.
- Enjoy having a high degree of ownership on your tasks, respect deadlines and have a great desire to learn more.
- Thrive in working cross-functionally and you are comfortable with interacting with all our locations and managers to get the information you need.
- Have good English skills, written and spoken.
