Then you may be our new Student Assistant in Solution Planning.
About the job
You will become part of the Solution Planning team within the Demant Portfolio and Program Management organization, and work in close collaboration with many business stakeholders. More specifically, you will be involved investigating market trends and supporting the Product Managers in their strategic frontloading of new solutions and services and structuring the information. Consequently, your areas of responsibility and your tasks are very broad and varied. Some of your tasks include:
· Support the Product Managers in their work across Hearing aid solutions as well as Fitting Software and Mobile app features, data enablers leading into value propositions. This can also include help gathering insight within a certain field, structuring data reports and information to support product decisions.
· Plan and prepare events.
· Assist, drive and maintain the team website, tools and templates and structuring information.
· Assist in various improvement projects.
Your background and personal competencies
You are ideally in the third year of your Bachelors or first year of Masters within digital healthcare, healthcare & data, or business administration and have a keen interest in pursuing a career within healthcare and business.
Your style of work is characterized by you being proactive. Working independently and taking responsibility is second nature to you. You are someone who likes taking tasks, implementing them and seeing them to completion.
To achieve growth in your new role, you possess the following qualities:
· Be able to take responsibility
· Be self-driven
· Have a very structured mindset/approach
· Have great coordination skills
· Be able to "own" a project from start to end (self-driven, structured, following up)
· Have good stakeholder/communication skills
· Experienced user of Microsoft Office
· Speak and write English fluently
