About the department
The Information Management department is going through a re-structuring phase, where new profiles is being added in order to deliver on the increasing business needs for good quality data and insights. We are located in both Eersel (NL) and Copenhagen (DK).

The job
- Design, implement and own the global MDM governance framework.
- In collaboration with STG senior leadership, set and communicate the master data vision, strategy and guidance and transform these into operational plans, projects, and initiatives. Develop and execute on the MDM roadmap.
- Be the primary point of contact for the STG organization regarding MDM.
- Ensure master data quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with the data warehouse and business intelligence teams to ensure data inventory, data storage use, and data usage complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing master data governance and translating problems into actionable MDM initiatives in global companies.
- Strong business and technical background in master data governance practices.
- Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, execute on projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships across the business and functional areas with ability to summarize information at the audience-appropriate amount of detail.
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, finance, computer science or other related degrees.
