aPureBase is providing data for the Pharma Industry and we simply care for data. We are a team of young, dynamic data freaks from many countries. We collect and maintain information on Health Care Professionals which we provide to the pharma industry.
Now we are looking for a new colleague to join our Swedish Data Team (full time). Preferably you live in Denmark (or close to Denmark) so you can work from our nice office on a regular basis, however, we do also offer the possibility to work remotely.
The position
Your main purpose is to update and maintain data in our CRM system (customer relationship management system). You search for information and sources via internet or you call hospitals to get relevant information. You will also have daily e-mail contact with our customers and you will eventually take part in customer meetings. You will work closely together with our Nordic Data Managers.

As a person you are result oriented and responsible. If you have already experience from the pharma industry it is an advantage. Further to this you are:

The position

- Building, validating, updating and maintaining data in our CRM system
- Organizing and structuring of data
- Offering service and support to our customers (the pharma industry)
- Be the leader of 1-2 Swedish Assistants who work part time
- Perform call campaigns on behalf of customers
Your profile
As a person you are result oriented and responsible. If you have already experience from the pharma industry it is an advantage. Further to this you are:
- Fluent in Swedish and you have good English skills
- Analytical and structured
- Detail oriented and punctual
- Service minded and used to interaction with customers
- Have experience with Microsoft and preferably CRM systems
- Team oriented, enthusiastic and have a good sense of humor
