The Digitalisation Team in the People Division is looking for an HR Data Analyst who is passionate about working with organisational and people data and providing reports.
You will be the key person for maintaining and implementing sound data processes with the system users in our newly implemented HR system, as well as to contribute to the continued development of the platform and of reports to management and other stakeholders.

Digitalisation of the HR services is a part of DFDS’ journey of digitalising and innovating our 150-year-old company. You will be a part of the newly established Digitalisation Team in the People Division which consist of our Data Analyst, Project Coordinator, Junior HR Administrator, and Head of Digitalisation.
As the team’s HR Data Analyst, you play a central role in supporting the Digitalisation Team and the People Division, and your work will impact how we register, report, analyse and act on data for the benefit of the entire organization.
Our team collaborate closely with local People teams, HR subject matter experts and with DFDS’ Technology and Innovation Division. Thus, you will get the opportunity to work with colleagues from various professional areas and from different countries.
Main Responsibilities
As our HR Data Analyst your primary responsibility is to provide reports on employee and organizational data while ensuring that the data processes are running smoothly in the HR organization.
We newly implemented Microsoft Dynamics D365 HR as our core HR solution which will be the central system in your daily work.
You will play a key role in our future work with data in D365HR and of detecting areas of improvements. This includes that you will be liaising with all HR system users and facilitate first and second level system support communities.
Gradually, we expect you to gain more insight and knowledge of the processes, workflows and DFDS functions, and you will be involved in one or more of our digitalisation projects in addition to your work with data and reporting.
Our next digitalisation projects are related to our salary review process, employee and manager self-service, manager dashboard and the performance appraisal process. In the years ahead, we will digitalise more people processes and work with data in the areas of attraction & retention, onboarding, remuneration and employee development.
The position is a maternity cover with an expected duration of 12 months.

We are looking for a person with a master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in organization, HR, business or IT. Professionally you:

As we primarily work in projects and have stakeholders at different organizational levels and from different countries, it is essential that you have a strong focus on good collaboration. You enjoy working with data and reports, and you work well in a changing environment with many different assignments and deadlines simultaneously. We are in the early phases of working with People data from our platform, thus you will have an opportunity to influence your own job to a high degree.

Your Main Tasks
- Act as system super user in D365HR
- Responsible for supporting system super users and users to comply with system governance and procedures, thereby supporting local HR with their data maintenance activities
- Drive the super user Community (continued communication & training)
- Deliver data reports necessary to support high data accuracy
- Identify system change requests and liaise with the IT department
- Operate as the local interface between the Group and the local country HR teams for new system implementations
- Responsible for delivering D365HR reports to the People teams, e.g. Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development
- Contribute to basic People reporting – Data on people and organization relevant for the business
- Contribute to driving the new HR Data Analyst Community to align and improve reporting practices across borders.
Who are you?
We are looking for a person with a master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in organization, HR, business or IT. Professionally you:
- Have an analytical mindset and are mindful of the detail
- Are an excellent communicator in English both spoken and in writing
- Work efficiently with PowerPoint and Excel
- Have experience working for a medium-sized or large organization, preferably internationally
- Work in a structured and result-oriented manner
- Easily get new ideas on smarter ways to solve the tasks and combine data
- Preferably, you have an interest in/experience with the interface between HR, IT and employee/organizational data
