You will join our BI & Analytics department
As our new Master Data Manager you will be part of the digital transformation that is taking place at Ramboll. BI & Analytics deliver global business intelligence & analytics products for internal business functions at Ramboll. We have a solid foundation in the BI area where we are globalising and standardising reports, and we have the first advanced analytics products underway. We have a strategic focus on providing business impact using data at Ramboll, and we are currently expanding the team with data engineers, visualisation analysts, data scientists and products owners. We are currently 16 people working across three time zones. The role of Master Data Manager is a new position placed in Copenhagen and reporting directly to the Head of BI & Analytics.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Build strategy for master data management, including tool choice, prioritization of master data sources, how to establish community/ownership on business side etc.
- Own and develop the MDM technological roadmap, showing how and when manual MDM processes will be supported by technology
- Work with the organization to identify new areas where better control over master data can deliver high value
- Work with stakeholders in IT to ensure master data definitions are integrated into existing solutions
- On an ongoing basis evaluate quality of master data and suggest improvements to stakeholders in business
- Establish and drive community for handling master data management challenges

- Several years’ experience in the field of master data management – either as an advisor/consultant or at a large, global company
- Hands-on knowledge on relevant tools for capturing and governing master data
- You know how to communicate complex technical issues in a way that is relevant to business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- You demonstrate overview and a global mindset and perform collaboration effectively and efficiently taking a problem-solving approach.
- MSc in field related to master data management, e.g. in Business Administration and IT
- Fluent in written and verbal English
