We are looking for a new team member to own the Reporting & Visualization of our consumer data in Microsoft Power BI. The main purpose of the role is to setup dashboards and provide qualified insights on an aggregated segment level to help create transparency of Pandora’s consumer segments’ performance across multiple paid and owned channels, including offline. As part of the Data & Insights team you will have Data Scientists and Data Engineers supporting your day to day work, and partner closely with multiple stakeholders including the media and CRM teams, as well as C-level marketeers. Your role will be key in ensuring that Pandora has the right data and insights available when business stakeholders need to make data driven decisions and react in the most optimal way.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Manage stakeholder reporting needs and requirements and help shape user friendly, logic and actionable dashboards
- Identify trends and anomalies, and proactively share and comment on dashboard insights
- Scale and maintain existing dashboards in Power BI
- Design, code, develop, modify and support new reports and dashboards
- Educate and support Pandora’s global, regional and local marketeers on best practice dashboard analysis and distribution
- Regularly present findings to tech and non-tech savvy colleagues and partners

Your new team consists of data scientists, data engineers and an audience manager. Our mission is clear: We are here to deliver data-driven experiences in all consumer journey touchpoints, develop actionable insights to inform business decisions and have fun while doing it.
What is needed to succeed:
We imagine that you have a degree in IT, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Business, Economics or Marketing.
Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in using data and analytics to visualize and influence business decisions
- Experience working with Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, Excel, Power Pivot, Power View)
- Proficiency in SQL skills, SQL queries and stored procedures to extract and analyze data from multiple sources
- Analytical thinker with a critical mindset
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience working in agile projects is considered a plus
