Automation & Data Analytics Specialist – Copenhagen

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Automation & Data Analytics Specialist with a strong problem-solving mindset. You will be reporting to the Head of Insights, and be a part of our dedicated Insights function, where your role will boost support of our Marketing team based in London. Furthermore, you will also work closely together with our Business Solutions team to collaborate on CRM implementations and setting up and running our marketing automation platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analysis of our CRM database to help devise our targeting strategies for customer acquisition and retention
- Build an understanding of our database per marketing channel and per segment
- Identify enhancements needed to the list of variables in our CRM records
- Track marketing-generated leads down the conversion funnel
- Report on lead gen performance, incl. extracted actional insights and data improvements to support ROMI
- Enhance existing lead scoring programme to help Sales prioritise leads
- Explore integration of 3rd party sources where/if possible
- Act as the key point of contact for all the Marketing team’s analytical enquiries
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have gained excellent analytics and insights experience. Also, we expect you to minimum have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, data analytics or experience from a related field.
You have a good knowledge of Google Analytics, and you are an advanced user of MS Excel. Furthermore, we expect you to have excellent knowledge of data visualization tools (preferable Tableau and PowerBI), customization and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and knowledge of GDPR and other legal requirements around the holding, sharing and usage of information.
To be the right candidate, we expect you to have a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets of various sizes and the business mindset to convert data to insights of strategic relevance. You can create reports that present data in an easy-to-understand format, encompassing, statistics, graphs, and other tools as needed. Previous experience supporting B2B marketing channel measurement, marketing attribution, and marketing/sales funnel analytics with a deep understanding of digital media metrics and data is a major asset.
As a person, you are curious and inquisitive, and you have an analytical mindset. You are independent and a quick learner, who has an exceptional eye for details. You have excellent communication skills and you are an enthusiastic team player. As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
The position will be based at Banking Circle’s Office in Copenhagen.
