We offer a unique career opportunity to become our new Data Analyst, within our Data Intelligence department in Demant’s Hearing Care (Retail) organization. You will become part of an exciting project where you get the opportunity to work closely together with our local businesses across our 20+ markets.
What tasks are waiting for you?
You will play an important role on our journey to excel in data delivery to our users across all the Retail companies in the Demant group. Working with the latest technology, using Google Cloud for our data insights and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O as our ERP solution.

About you
To succeed in this role, you come with a master’s degree in IT, computer science, business or similar. As this is an entry level position, we don’t require that you have lots of job experience but most likely just graduated and are eager to get your hands dirty in our data lake.

Your tasks will be:
- Assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements
- Data transformation; analyze, extract, transform and load large data sets
- Turning business needs into easy understandable data solutions by modelling data
- Working with stakeholders including the Data, Design, Product and Executive teams to support their data insight needs while assisting with data-related technical issues.
About you

Ideally you also:
- Have experience working with data platforms and data modelling (BigQuery would be so nice)
- Are skilled with using SQL to manipulate data
- Enjoy working across multiple teams with various stakeholders
- Enjoy play with data and have data quality on top of your mind
- Are familiar with SQLX (LookML or Python would be a bonus)
- Are fluent in English
- Can travel between 10-15 days annually.
