Job Description

Zenvo Automotive A/S is looking for a highly proficient and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to CEO and other team members. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment with internal & external stakeholders. Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and creating effective routines & flexibility to changing environment are required.

You will work in close collaboration with the Management team, as well as a number of dedicated colleagues across Sales and Marketing, Production, R&D and Design departments, spanning all levels of the organisation.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Providing seamless, value adding and professional support to the CEO
  • Supporting the CEO with calendar, travel management, expenses and other administrative tasks
  • Coordinating & planning meetings & special events
  • Participating in internal meetings (take minutes of meeting and follow up on action items)
  • Coordinating projects within Sales & Marketing
  • Supporting with recruitment and on/off-boarding of employees
  • Managing relocation processes in terms of housing, tax related matters, residence and work permits
  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Preparing and amending HR documents
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies
  • Being first point of contact for employees across departments

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • People-focused and able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent planning, communication & organisational skills
  • Service minded and able to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Danish, Russian)
  • Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Energetic and relationship-building attitude as a team player
  • Critical thinking: Ability to independently solve problems and make recommendations
  • Comfortable working in a small structure, start-up type and multi-cultural environment
