Student Assistant for management support
Would you like to be part of a company that is engaged in digitalization? Columbus A/S is a growing IT consulting company, and therefore we are on the lookout for a student assistant, who can support the Vice President of Columbus Service Area D365.

Your role
You will be working closely with the Vice President in Columbus Service Area D365 and the management team to support and handle the administrative activities.
Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Create PowerPoint presentations for internal use.
- Create content for internal newsletters to the Care business.
- Conduct proof reading.
- Communicate on behalf of the Vice President for Columbus Care, this includes calendar booking, mail correspondences etc.
- Booking of travels.
- Follow up on planned activities and assignments.
- Be responsible for own projects and contribute with inputs and suggestions for assignments.

About you
The perfect candidate is someone with outstanding organizational and time management skills, who likes to be one step ahead. You are genuinely a good listener and have a service mindset. You love being proactive and have an eye for details. Furthermore, we seek a candidate who is accountable and sees the value of following up on assignments.
Qualifications
We are not set on a specific background, but we imagine that you are currently getting your master’s degree, preferably a cand.merc with one year left. Alternatively, you are on the last semester of your bachelor’s degree. This also means that you must be entitled to SU.
Moreover, people often perceive you as someone who exceeds the expectations in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Lastly, your verbal and written skills in English are high.

The position is in Ballerup, Denmark and you will be working approximately 20 hours a week, with the possibility for regulations depending on study. Start-up will preferably be 1st of August 2021.
