Do you want to utilize your people management and Medical Affairs experience working in the field of Medical Devices and Radiometer’s interesting product portfolio of blood gas analyzers among others? Our team of Global Medical Advisors are looking forward to meeting you and collaborate to ensure the following:
In the job you will report to the Senior Director of Clinical & Medical Affairs, Susanne Nickelsen and you will join the Clinical and Medical Affairs leadership team together with Fredrik Ceder (Director, Clinical Research), Christina Björklund, (Director, Clinical Operations) and Director, Clinical Compliance.
People management and strategic influence
Personally, you can look forward to be an important part of the Clinical & Medical Affairs leadership team. You role model great leadership by building a high performing Medical Affairs team while ensuring that clinical and scientific knowledge is integrated in business critical decisions in other internal departments such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, QA, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Clinical Affairs.
Your responsibilities:
The international nature of the job takes you travelling up to 20 % of your time.

Do you want to utilize your people management and Medical Affairs experience working in the field of Medical Devices and Radiometer’s interesting product portfolio of blood gas analyzers among others? - Medical Affairs provide clinical and scientific knowledge and expertise across all business areas
- Medical Affairs lead scientific discussions with investigators, key external experts and other relevant external stakeholders
- Medical Affairs collect critical input for clinical evidence generation to support regulatory submissions, clinical evaluations and overall clinical evidence

- Assure all Medical Affairs deliverables are of correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and policies and current legal requirements and internal standards
- Budget responsible

Qualifications
We expect that a MD, Master of Science or comparable within a relevant scientific field combined with the following increases your chances of success in the job:
- 5 years of experience in the scientific/clinical field preferably from the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry within Medical/Clinical Affairs
- 5 years of leadership experience preferably within Medical/Clinical Affairs from Pharma or Medical Device industry
- Strong motivation for working with Medical Devices and being part of a company with strong engineering traditions
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Medical Affairs and good understanding of Clinical Research
- Strong analytical, strategic and communicative skills
- Proactive, excellent planning and cooperative skills
