Senior Director, Commercial Technology
Do you want to contribute to the continued growth of the Demant business and help design and implement the needed commercial technology to support this journey? • Design of and implementation of a global CRM solution
• Business process ownership
• Ongoing commercial technology support for the countries
• Defining the local system environments (beyond CRM)
• Drive an aligned, global master data approach

Implement Salesforce on a global scale
In this role, you can look forward to scope and build Salesforce to help strengthen strategic, data-driven decisions relating to sales. You will be operating in a matrix organization reporting directly to SVP, International Sales and working closely with our Commercial excellence team. You will head the implementation of Salesforce across Demant’s Hearing Aids wholesale business, starting with Europe.
You will be the core driver of the design, implementation process and all the way to operationalization. In this position you get a chance to impact and support the sales companies in the best possible way through technology. You will be the overall responsible for the successful transition from our current CRM system to a new global CRM platform. Thereby, you will be a central point between sales and central functions such as marketing, IT, and our own Commercial Excellence team You will also be responsible for scoping and building up the core Commercial Technology team, as a starting point you will be leading a key specialist located in Poland.
You will get a high degree of responsibility from day one and you will be given a lot of trust, while working on important projects together with inspiring people, in an ever-changing environment where your capabilities are acknowledged.
International Sales
You will be part of International Sales which is a global commercial organization which covers Demant’s Hearing Aids wholesale and export business for all markets except North America. The local sales company portfolio of businesses and brands cover predominantly hearing aids, in many markets’ medical implants and diagnostic equipment as well. The global organization is anchored with a team at our headquarters in Smørum close to Copenhagen, consisting of the senior management team and the Commercial Excellence team, with daily outreach to the local sales companies.

Commercial technology and Salesforce expert with strong entrepreneurial skills
You have a passion for Commercial Technology and you can demonstrate successful implementation of Salesforce from a similar role as Head of CRM or similar high level commercial IT role. You are self-driven with a good sense for finding solutions, you have a great deal of autonomy and a sense of responsibility. You have a track record of successful implementation of Salesforce. Our organization is not particularly hierarchical and your ability to build networks and work in a matrix structure is crucial to become successful in this role. You also have the persistence and commitment needed for a transition like this to succeed.
- A relevant Business/IT degree and several years of relevant working experience
- Deep Commercial Technology knowledge and visionary about future possibilities
- Strategic and operational command of Salesforce
- Experience with MS Dynamics
- Successful track record with similar projects
- Project management experience and experience with user stories and sprints
- Fluency in English
- Strong competences within stakeholder management
