Product Program Manager (Senior Director level) for Strategic Accounts & InMarket in global hearing

Your mission will be to drive value creation across our Strategic Accounts and our InMarket Hearing Instrument portfolio.

InMarket portfolio: You will be accountablee for our product life cycle management and phase out. You will track and manage a broad range of products in close dialogue with operations, brand management, key markets and Sales and own the portfolio business case post launch until phase out. You will achieve this together with your InMarket Management team.

Strategic Accounts: You will build a close relationship with our Strategic Accounts to understand their strategic direction and business priorities, and at all times have the overview of the product roadmap for our Strategic Accounts. You will be accountable for planning and executing products for our

Strategic Accounts and Private Labels. To achieve this you will lead a cross functional Program Management Team.

As Product Program Manager, you will be part of the Portfolio & Program Management Function (P&PM) reporting to the senior vice president of P&PM. P&PM is accountable for our product portfolio, our product management, and our product program development. P&PM is responsible for the entire lifecycle (cradle to grave) of our Hearing Aid portfolio. You will be a member of the P&PM leadership team.

You will in your role be an important contributor to the development of the P&PM function, it’s strategy and operating model, as well as lead and facilitate business development projects across the organization.

You will have many different stakeholders both internally and externally.

Your impact
You are offered a role where you can set your own mark on the product program life cycle. You work directly with our strategic initiatives and global sales channels which enables you to utilize a variety of tools within project or program management. You will have many tasks to keep track of and a strong sense for structure is an asset.

Being able to understand the commercial strategy and the customer’s needs will require a sense of customer orientation and an eye for commercial excellence. It will be your goal to further provide our business with a best in class product portfolio that ensures that our products and services are catering for the needs in the most optimal way. This requires an ability to build close relations internally in the organization to ensure buy-in on strategic decisions and deliveries.

We are working with stakeholders across countries, you should expect around 20 traveling days per year.

Your competencies
You have a degree in business and/or engineering with experience from managerial roles. You have either been working as a line manager on senior leadership level and/or have experience working as a program manager in a high complexity. You have already been working within an international setting and preferably worked in a matrix organization.

We will be looking at what you bring in and put an emphasis on the following:

  • +10 years’ managerial experience working with business and/or product development in an international, corporate environment.
  • High complexity projects or functions.
  • Experience with program management and/or line management in a matrix organization.
  • Industry specific, consumer electronics knowledge or have been working in medical device is meriting.
