The job has two major functions. On one side to be Manager for Global Operations Strategy, and on the other side, to be Management Assistant to Christian Kløve, our Senior Vice President in Global Operations.
Manager for Global Operations Strategy
In this role, you own and facilitate the strategizing process in Global Operations, ensuring that there is clear sense of the direction, timing, activities, and priorities we are pursuing, to succeed on our goals.
For several years, Global Operations has been committed to strengthening our capabilities as a strategy-focused organization. We aim to set clear direction in a unified and consistent manner. Your mission will be to not only uphold but enhance these strategic capabilities. As a key part in this role, you will work in close tandem with senior leadership in Global Operations and engage with an extensive network of internal and external stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the complete value stream of Global Operations, involving procurement and planning, through to manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and aftersales.
You also design and supervise our annual processes - such as business reviews, annual strategy calibration, annual strategy execution tracking and reporting.
In addition, you collaborate with colleagues outside of Global Operations to develop and strengthen demant’s strategizing capabilities and efforts, ensuring a link between Hearing Aids strategic goals with the underlying strategy of Global Operations.
Management Assistant
As Management Assistant, you will become an integral member of the Global Operations Leadership team. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting diverse strategic analyses to support well-informed decision-making processes. This will encompass overseeing a wide array of initiatives and business reviews, as well as crafting and delivering compelling presentations and decision materials. Throughout these activities, you will maintain close and effective interaction with key internal and external stakeholders.
A collaborative approach will be crucial, as you engage with senior stakeholders throughout the organization to identify, quantify, and address opportunities for business improvement.
Your role will also involve providing ad-hoc support to the SVP and the Global Operations leadership team. Throughout these tasks, you will maintain close and effective interaction with key internal and occasionally external stakeholders.

Experienced analytical problem solver
Your educational background is not important to us. We are more interested in the experience you have gained over the years.
You could have gained your experience as a management consultant in a strategy consultancy or as an in-house consultant in a large global company. As long as you bring solid business understanding and good analytical and problem-solving skills and know how to translate that into a tangible vision, we want to hear from you.
You can navigate around complex problems in a structured manner and break them into actionable insights. Your approach is founded on proven interpersonal skills, creating followership in an international corporate matrix. You are motivated and thrive in an innovative and progressive environment – enjoying a broad and changing range of opportunities and tasks.
You should expect 15-30 travel days per year.
