You will become part of the Product & Customer Support division and report directly to the Nordic After Marked Manager. The position is placed in Copenhagen/Albertslund, where you will apply your expertise to maximize opportunities and guarantee an effective liaison with the Global Bus Brand Service Europe organization.
Your main responsibility will be to implement and execute the service strategy, focused on customer satisfaction on the dealer service level.

Your main responsibility will be to implement and execute the service strategy, focused on customer satisfaction on the dealer service level.
Tasks:
- Develop the after-sales service segment and ensure to follow up upon areas of responsibility
- Responsible for all PMC (Planned Maintenance Contracts) processes, from calculation of price to the end of the contract
- Annual index adjustment of the contracts, including adjustments and settlement of kilometers.
- Monitor profit and loss of contracts
- Take the lead regarding reports of technical concerns and troubleshooting, reporting to product support and monitoring the process ensuring the proper measures are taken
- Point of reference for dealerships, handling technical information and reporting back to technical support regarding technical concerns and customer complaints
- Supporting dealers to ensure high customer satisfaction, frequent visits to customers to ensure retention and managing possible issues
- Management and development of service packages and long-term service contracts (long terms warranties management, total cost of ownership, maintenance contracts etc.)
- Manage the warranty policy approvals within the budget to achieve the maximum customer loyalty and retention
- Lead the analysis and review of dealer warranty claims to ensure full compliance with the company’s terms and conditions
- Carry out warranty “health checks” and provide training to dealerships to offer best in class service and fault diagnosis
- Support the preparation and completion of campaigns. Ensuring timely achievement of targets.
- Operative support to new dealerships and within new product launches
- Development of dealer service activities with focus on quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement of communication with new customers
Your skills:
- Knowledge of dealer and distributor networks, preferably within the Bus Industry
- Good communication skills, speaking English fluently
- Analytic approach towards reporting, tracking, measuring and assessing performances
- Technical knowledge/experience with bus products and the industry in general is preferred
- Knowledge of MS- Windows / Office Applications
- Field experience
- Available to travel on frequent basis
- Able to deliver top of class customer service
- Experience within building customer relationships
