We are searching for a part-time Service Coordinator to support one of our clients located in Albertslund. You will be working as our point of contact towards the client, controlling and supporting our delivery solution. The position is a hands-on role where providing excellent service is the premier key focus area.
You will be reporting to our Account Manager based out of Sweden and you will have a team of colleagues across Scandinavia working in the same client account, and of course a great bunch locally in the Copenhagen supporting other clients.
The majority of your workday will be filled with the following tasks:
The working hours are 8.00 – 12.00 Monday through Friday.
We believe that you are an individual with great sense of service, high work ethics and a clear inner motivation to always perform your best. You have a clear understanding of working towards multiple stakeholders in an organization and enjoy building relations.
You have probably worked a few years in similar positions as Receptionist, Office "Handyman" or other service-oriented trades. You have a strong feeling that you want to take on a greater challenge and more responsibility, working in an office environment with an international character.
You manage MS Office suite well; your English skills allow you to work without communication challenges in both writing and spoken dialogue.
Start date: Immediately.

- Shipping & receiving parcels
- Mail & goods management
- General office support services
- Minor moves and projects
- Conference support and room setup
- Meet and greet visitors
- Customer service via switchboard
- Keep the office neat and tidy throughout the day
- Complete and keep records of Health & Safety reviews
- Support the client with internal reporting
- Manage and control Four FMs on-site service solution
- Vendor contacts and perform quality reviews
- Order management
