You will join our Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom department

As our new Electrical Power System Engineer you will join of a team of 30 dedicated experts. The department is a highly experienced and successful key player within the energy industry around the world, covering all aspects of the client’s value chain in offshore wind and solar projects, energy transition projects as well as oil & gas projects.

We are 30 colleagues who work with design of electrical and automation systems. We cover all aspects of a project including concept and feasibility studies, detailed engineering, EPC and follow-on engineering.

Your key tasks and areas of responsibility are:

  • Act as engineer on multidisciplinary projects along with the project team
  • Perform design and lead electrical studies and calculations
  • Perform power system studies (short circuit, coordination and arc flash) and associated data collection activities for MV/LV systems (e.g., ETAP, Paladin DesignBase (EDSA))
  • Perform engineering specifications and technical datasheets for MV/LV equipment such as: Power transformers, diesel generators, switchboards, UPS/batteries, lighting, small power, earthing and bonding philosophies, lightning protection and cables
  • Continually expand skillsets and increase knowledge to improve consultancy provided to our clients
  • Manage own projects and execute work in a structured manner

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree within Electrical or Marine Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical design and power system studies within offshore windfarms, electrification, power plants, oil and gas or similar industries
  • Solid knowledge of electrical design and electrical studies
