We are looking for an ambitious Technical Project Lead to join our team with 6 other Technical Project Leads placed in Denmark and Poland. As a Technical Project Lead you'll be working in multi-cultural project teams with colleagues from Denmark, Germany, India, Poland and China. In doing so, you will interact with a wide range of stakeholders as you work with both suppliers, external consultants and not least: World-leading wind turbine manufacturers. It will be your task to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain our image as a professional partner with deep knowledge of wind turbine electrical control systems.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relations to the technical stakeholders at the customer.
• Main interface to and from customer on technical matters
• Managing the technical development of our projects, ensuring that projects are finalized in the highest quality and within the agreed time frame
• Secure strong technical support to Global Key Account Managers
• Secure continuous optimizations and explore cost-out opportunities together with the customer
• Acquire more knowledge about the customers product portfolio and ways of working
• Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, test and system interface.
• Make and follow up on project plans together with Project Manager and project team
• Participate in external tests and FAI’s with customer
Your profile
• Technical education, e.g. Marine or Electrical Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience
• Self-driven and motivated by the satisfying the customer
• Experience with electrical panel design for wind turbines
• Can handle pressed situations and many parallel tasks
• Can motivate and lead a multi-cultural project team
• Good communicator
• Striving for optimal solutions
• Business travel experience
• Good English skills – both oral and written. Experience with mandarin is an advantage.
