In Major Projects, our focus is on handling complex, large-scale projects that require advanced engineering solutions and diligent project management.</p><p>As our new Senior Specialist Manager within the electrical discipline, you will be managing electrical systems and solutions across these ambitious projects. This role includes both project management and electrical discipline lead responsibilities, enabling you to leverage both your technical, organization and leadership skills. In addition, you are expected to actively contribute to the development of our internal competencies to ensure the highest standards of technical excellence are maintained throughout our projects. You are offered a chance to set the direction for the electrical engineering Discipline in Ramboll Denmark on standardizations, development, and knowledge sharing.</p><p>Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Technical Leadership: Lead and guide our technical team to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will be a part of an internal network, setting the direction in Ramboll Denmark Building within the Electrical Discipline.</li><li>Project Management: Oversee and manage large-scale electrical projects from start to finish as Discipline Lead or Project Manager.</li><li>Networking: Build and maintain a strong internal and external network. Secure internal knowledge sharing and the development of Ramboll Standards.</li><li>Development: Contributing to development in Ramboll Denmark Buildings in collaboration with the technical networks in the global Ramboll setup.</li><li>Industry Engagement:<br>
