Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a Product Application Engineer with passion towards customer support within CANbus products in the mobile machinery market with base in Nordborg. You will become the primary technical adviser and provide support to customers on a wide range of products You will work closely with customers and colleagues across several departments. As a part of a dynamic team consisting of eight dedicated Product Application Engineer’s in the Spool Valve Solutions in our Controls Division, we provide worldwide technical support to customers and the responsibility for this is divided into geographical areas.
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronic or mechatronic engineering. You have been working within engineering or technical sales for a couple of years (student job or full time), and it will be a plus if you have knowledge of hydraulics. It is mandatory that you have good English and Danish skills, both verbally and in written.

- Detailed technical responsibility and support for existing and new product platforms within CANbus electro-hydraulic actuators (in the PAE team)
- Providing technical support across all products within the portfolio and ensure content and preparation of relevant technical literature and tools
- Specifying and initiating product changes and adjustments based on customer requirements
- Ensuring delivery in costumer projects on time at agreed cost and quality
- Communicating product changes to the customers and participate in customer visits
- Supporting market launch of new product developments
- Arranging and conducting product training for both customers as well as internally
