Job Description What will you do?
You will work on the development of highly innovative CMOS circuits and devices targeting specialty image sensors with time-resolved single-photon detection and embedded processing capabilities. The work will be performed in the context of national and international projects mainly in the Space field.
What do we expect from you?
The main skills you should master are about microelectronics: mixed-signal integrated circuit design with state-of-the-art design tools. You are expected to participate to the entire development flow in a cooperative and structured team: definition of the architecture, design, simulations and chip layout using dedicated CAD software, electrical and optical characterization of the fabricated devices in the lab. Last but not least, the delivery of a demonstrator to the client, providing support to its integration in an operational environment.
How will you work?
You will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic research team, where you will be asked to carry out the activities in tight collaboration with other researchers. Project meetings, relations with partners from other institutions and companies world-wide, participation to conferences and scientific dissemination are all fundamental components of the job.
