Do you have a flair for numbers and IT? Are du comfortable with several projects at the same time? Then please continue reading. For Tetra Pak I Højbjerg we are currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst for a temporary job opportunity.

Key responsibilities

Standardization and simplification

  • Standardize the product costing among plants
  • Streamline activities performed at site levels
  • Centralize central activities (Investment, stock, expenses, factory results)
  • Provide standard reports to all sites to enable business understanding

Controlling activities

  • Lead and manage the business control activities (monthly closing, expense control, timely provisions etc.)
  • Ensure monthly stock check activities
  • Ensure compliance to corporate governance policies and procedures and drive internal control monitoring
  • Ensure compliance to local legal and tax requirements

Factory Performance

  • Report and analyse Production KPI’s (incl. expenses, factory result and hourly rate), for actual and budget and recommend improvement actions

Product Costing

  • Set target product cost with proper stakeholders
  • Calculate actual product costing & performs variance analysis recommending improvement actions

Controlling activities

  • Lead and manage the business control activities (monthly closing, expense control, timely provisions etc.)
  • Ensure monthly stock check activities
  • Ensure compliance to corporate governance policies and procedures and drive internal control monitoring
  • Ensure compliance to local legal and tax requirements

WCM

  • Support the WCM culture in the organization

Qualifications

  • Has degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineer,
  • IT skills in BI tools and Microsoft Office tools.
  • English communication,
  • Soft skills (proactive, result-driven, dynamics, simplified, good collaboration)
