Key Responsibilities

You will be an integrated part of the Global SG&A Partnering team; where you need to be team oriented, have good communication skills and a passion for the numbers.

The team is responsible for reporting, analysis and planning of global SG&A costs. We are implementing a new cloud-based financial planning platform and you will have the opportunity to help optimize our financial planning processes.

Your work tasks will include:

Drive global SG&A and productivity reporting and present to our senior stakeholders

Develop the new financial planning platform

Partnering with stakeholders to guide, support and challenge the organization to take value-based decisions.

Who we are looking for

Ideally you hold a bachelor’s or Master’s Degree combining skillsets of Finance and Digital solutions. Preferably you hold experience with developing and configuring cloud-based financial planning tools and have experience with designing holistic solutions with a strong customer focus.

Furthermore, you have:

Great analytical skillset, challenger mindset, high drive and focus on personal development.

Experience with management reporting, financial modelling and forecasting/planning

You have a strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver quality in your work - all at the same time.

Excellent Microsoft office software skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations

Strong English skills and can easily adapt to a multi nationality team

Optional – experience in SAP Analytics Cloud

It will be an advantage for you to be outgoing since you will be in contact with many different stakeholders. Furthermore, as the team is on a transformation journey, it is important that you are comfortable with changes and new ways of looking at our current work tasks.
