Would you like to be part of a Nordic team and lead the Lean Portfolio Management practice in Business Banking? We are now looking for a Lead Portfolio Manager to join the Cost & Development Steering team and make and take the lead in running and developing the portfolio management capability and standards across all of Business Banking´s sub-portfolios.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the BB Cost & Development Steering team. As out new Lead Portfolio Manager you will play a key role in further maturing Business Banking’s LPM capability. Moreover, you will be responsible for the planning, steering and follow-up on a double digit million-euro IT development portfolio.
As part of the role, you will also lead the BB LPM community, consisting of sub-portfolio managers, lean agile coaches and other agile practitioners, while representing BB in the group wide LPM community to ensure best practice and Nordea wide standards.

The role is based in Copenhagen; Helsinki; Oslo; Stockholm.
