Group Finance Power Solutions Finance VPS Finance, PHS, I&C, S&D
You will join Group VPS Finance, which is part of Vestas' Global Finance organisation. We are responsible for business partnering to the Vestas Power Solutions ensuring objective and transparent decision making by delivering excellent performance reporting, creating and following up on business cases and analysis to relevant stakeholders.
We drive performance culture by ensuring ambitious and realistic target setting and keeping stakeholders accountable for targets and ensuring root cause counter measures are implemented.

Primary work location is Aarhus, Denmark.
The position requires approximately 5-10 days of travel per year.

Group Finance Power Solutions Finance VPS Finance, PHS, I&C, S&D

Responsibilities
- Secure sustainable profitable growth by supporting the Portfolio Management and the Vestas Power Solutions management team to execute and deliver on business strategy
- Drive and plan financial targets and support the portfolio reporting on the business unit's commercial objectives
- Lead the business finance operating model by driving implementation of new reporting tools and simplifying financial processes
- Promote impactful cross-functional collaboration between the Vestas Power Solutions line of business and the global business finance organisation
- Responsible for delivering Vestas Power Solutions yearly financial targets and budget
Qualifications
- Financial educational background combined with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, and you probably also have experience from a R&D or matrix oriented international organisation
- A well-developed finance toolbox and a solid understanding of project controlling, reporting and financial processes in general
- Practical experiences from working with a portfolio of projects would be a benefit
- You are experienced working at all levels of the organisation and you often reach buy-in for your ideas and initiatives
Competencies
- Mastering stakeholder management is key for success in this role as you will be driving the finical reporting and supporting the decisions taking on EVP, SVP & VP level
- Proven track record of demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, extrovert personality and ability to lead your surroundings with your communicative skills
- You are service-minded, and at the same time, you manage to challenge the organisation with positive results
- Fluent in English
