Are you a Law student at Aarhus University? Are you interested in the opportunity to apply your theory in practice, while you learn how a truly international Legal & Risk department operates?
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
… be responsible for the maintenance of the electronic and physical contract archive, while it also will be one of your main tasks to provide general support to the Legal & Risk team and the entire organisation. In addition, you will also perform varying administrative tasks and ad hoc requests.
You will also be responsible for:
Proof reading and updating legal templates to comply with minimum requirements Contract scanning and uploading Support on legal review of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Filing of original documents MS Support
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…is a second or third year Law student at Aarhus University. You must be a service-oriented and energetic person, but also have a systematic and flexible approach towards many varying tasks. Your work style should always be characterised by quality and the ability to remain within timeframes. In addition, you must be openminded, outgoing and with an international mindset, and have excellent verbal and written Danish and English skills.
