• Be the true business partner to Sales and Product Management teams through:
- Interpret, explain and drive performance within the business – speak the numbers
- Support and influence key operational and strategic decisions – make the impact
- Advise on key business planning assumptions, trade-offs and opportunities – be the partner
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on specific issues – drive the value
• Work with Product/ Charge Managers and Sales to proactively improve performance and create alignment between the overall strategy and Area execution.
• Ensure decision making is based on robust data and is underpinned by logical assumptions – own the data.

Prior experience and proven track record within commercial finance working as business partner, business controller or similar role.
Very strong analytical skills, ease working with numbers and understanding complex processes.
Proven ability to influence without authority and engage confidently with leaders at all levels.
Strong interpersonal savvy and an eye for finding common ground and addressing performance issues in a positive though firm manner.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
Experience with following systems/tools is a clear advantage: SAP, MS Power BI, Data Warehouses and MS Excel analytics.
