You will be part of Financial Solutions which is responsible for developing, analysing, selling and executing financial optimisations based on capital structure and cash flow improvements in large-scale offshore wind projects. Financial Solutions is part of MHI Vestas’ Sales organisation.
Tasks & responsibilities
As an analyst your main responsibilities will be to:
Take ownership of and develop the financial model used for assessing the value impact of financial optimisations Calculate business case scenarios and run risk analyses in the financial model Prepare presentations to be used internally in MHI Vestas as well as externally with project developers, investors and financial institutions. Among others, this includes identifying the key messages and unique selling points related to MHI Vestas’ scope of an offshore wind farm
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has a natural interest in financial modelling, curiosity for project finance and thrives with number crunching. You are a team player and a fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations and scenarios. The ideal candidate has up to 3 years of experience with cash flow analyses and hold a master’s degree in Finance or Economics with a strong academic record. Since you will be joining an international organisation and business environment, it is very important that you write and speak English fluently.

Are an expert user of Microsoft Office applications Can handle and code in large, complex financial models (knowledge of VBA is an advantage) Can communicate results and key messages in a clear and concise manner Are an analytical thinker and a problem-solver Pay attention to detail and have a structured approach
