MHI Vestas Offshore Wind is looking for a person with excellent analytical skills to join our newly-established Operations Sales Analysis team.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be responsible for completing cost base calculations for Construction and Service contracts when responding to offshore wind project tenders. Furthermore, you will work behind the scenes to develop and maintain internal cost models, databases and tools used to support the tendering phase.
Your role will be responsible for:
Completing operational cost quotations Developing and maintaining quotation models, databases and other tools used within Operations Sales Analysis Supporting the Operations department with commercial business cases Analysing operational data and reviewing cost assumptions to ensure high accuracy of cost models Reporting and presenting project costs to Operations management and decision makers
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration or similar. Your workstyle is analytical, structured, methodological and diligent, and you have a high personal drive and engagement. It is important that you can work closely with operational specialists and translate practical information into economic consequences.
We expect that you:
Are a skilled user of Microsoft Office applications and preferably also SharePoint Have a basic understanding of programming in VBA, SQL, PowerBI or similar Are great at identifying and solving problems Have excellent communication skills Can explain complicated information to decision makers at different levels in the organisation
