Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…join our Business Support department within Operations and perform operational performance measurements on the Service and Construction sites whilst working on business cases with key stakeholders in the Operations department. You will also prepare reporting to be used at management meeting in Operations. You will be the first person in this new functional area of Business Support where we put stronger focus on business analysis in the Operations area, and therefore you also have the opportunity to influence the setup of this new functional area.
Your main tasks will be:
Business analysis for Operations Operational performance measurements of Operations Business cases for Operations Prepare management reporting Implement strategy measurements
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration or similar and has a strong academic record. Your workstyle is analytical, structured, methodological and diligent, and you have a high personal drive and engagement. It is important that you can work closely with operational specialists and translate operational knowledge into economic consequences. You thrive in a role with various stakeholders and like to work cross-functionally.
We expect that you:
Preferably have 2-5 years of experience from a similar position Can maintain the overview of highly complex datasets without losing eye for details Are a skilled user of Microsoft Office applications and preferably also SharePoint Have a basic understanding of programming in VBA, SQL, Microsoft PowerBI or similar Are proactive and self-driven Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
