Do you have experience with process development and optimisation from an international organisation with a complex value chain? Do you aspire to become a people manager and are you ready to use your process knowledge and expertise to motivate, lead and develop a team?

We are looking for a Business Process Specialist with Team Lead responsibility for our Business Process team in Operations Support. The team currently consists of 3 Process Developers working with business process development and 3 Assistants working within both management support and business processes.

Tasks & responsibilities: You will…

…be responsible for operating and developing the Business Process Team while also being a Business Process Specialist with own development tasks towards the organisation. You will have the daily management responsibility including allocation of tasks and projects in the team as well as motivation and support of employees. As a Business Process Specialist you will develop, update and implement processes and management system documents within Operations and across MHI Vestas Offshore functions. You will take the lead in actively involving all relevant stakeholders in the process work. You will ensure that processes are aligned across the organisation, supporting the business strategy and complying with the HSE and Quality requirements.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Conduct reoccurring 1:1 meetings and annual Motivation & Performance Dialogues with the employees of the team.
  • Conduct reoccurring team meetings
  • In corporation with Manager, Process & Business Improvements, define and align scope, interfaces and strategy implementation for Business Processes team on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead workshops and meetings related to process and management system developments - mapping requirements and collecting input to developments
  • Develop and update management system documents, incl. procedures, instructions and document templates
  • Develop and update process roles, incl. task descriptions, RACI matrix and identification of supporting tools and templates to be used
  • Ensure involvement of and alignment with relevant departments and functions inside and outside of Operations
  • Lead or support deployment of new or updated processes and roles



  • Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

    …has at least 5 years of experience working with Business Processes in a large, international organisation with a complex value chain. You hold a degree in a related field, e.g. Business Administration, Business Economics or Business Engineering. Leadership experience is an important advantage but not a prerequisite. You must have the aspiration and interest to work as a leader and to support, inspire and develop a team of highly skilled and engaged employees.
