Then you might be our new Business Analyst in the Data Protection Office (DPO)!
About the department
The DPO is a small, but powerful team of lawyers, project managers, and creative types. Our task is developing and driving the global strategy and programme to comply with personal data protection laws, including GDPR. We do so by working closely with the business and a global network of more than 100 personal data protection compliance anchors.
We are part of the Business Ethics Compliance Office (BECO), which leads Novo Nordisk’s global ethics and compliance strategy and programme covering anti-bribery and corruption, data protection, and human rights.
The job
As Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Drive and optimize compliance tools and processes relating to data processing documentation, tracking and trending, risk reporting, compliance advice to business stakeholders, and governance
- Manage strategic projects to further develop and strengthen the global data protection compliance program
- Support the DPO and BECO in creating innovative, digital solutions to ensure compliance in Novo Nordisk

Qualifications
- You hold a Master’s degree within a relevant field - ideally a combined business and law degree.
- You have a few years of practical legal or compliance experience and project management skills.
- You understand IT architecture, apply IT and digital tools to business and compliance process
- You are highly proactive, ambitious, structured and detail oriented
- Interacting with stakeholders in all levels, functions, and geographical areas of the organization motivates you.
- You are good at communicating complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner, both in person and in writing, and you speak and write English fluently.
- You are a team player who likes a challenge.
