About the department
Take the opportunity to join our team in CMC Business & IT Support. CMC Development is the SVP area of Novo Nordisk R&D responsible for production and delivery of Novo Nordisk’s drug candidates for global clinical studies. We are an ambitious and high performing department, which will support and challenge your personal and professional development to prepare you for the job market.
The role of CMC Business & IT Support is to provide operational support, develop processes and systems, and lead business development projects across CMC Development. You will join a team of 14 dedicated employees, with diverse backgrounds and roles: Business Analysts, IT Developer, Specialist, and Project Managers. Our mission is to develop and support CMC Development’s ability to progress Novo Nordisk’s ambitious R&D project pipeline.
The position
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst, ready to be involved in a broad variety of tasks and projects across the team. Among multiple tasks you will primarily support the financial project reporting and supply chain optimizations, which are key activities in ensuring organisational performance, control, and business transparency. You will also be engaged in various data analyses both financial as well as business outcome parameters to ensure optimal performance. As an Intern you can expect to be challenged in delivering strong and profound results with real business impact across CMC Development.
- Internship period: 6 months
- Working hours: Full-time but flexible for the right candidate (min. 18 and max. 37 hours a week)
- Start date: 1 August 2019
- Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows
- A Danish full time work permit is required
Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or another relevant subject, and have shown excellent results during your studies. You thrive with analytical tasks and have a sharp eye for details. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude. You work easily with IT applications such as Excel and PowerPoint and see challenges such as technical troubles or knowledge limitations as an opportunity to learn more.
Excellent language skills in English or Danish are required.
