In this newly established position, you will work out of our headquarters in Ballerup and will report to the Director, Commercial Finance. You will join an international financial team with highly dedicated and skilled colleagues.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst your role will be to further enhance the reporting, analytic review and support to members of the Ambu groups commercial organization.
Your main responsibilities:
Personal Competencies:
To succeed in this job, you must have a solid business acumen with advance skills in understanding financial statements and executing business analytics to identify variances and trends.
Ideally you have +5 years’ experience in an analytical role and you hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a similar field, a master’s degree, or an MBA.
You have proficiency in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and working knowledge of one or more BI systems.
As a person you are analytical, structured and can multi-task. You can work under time constraints and strict deadlines while providing a high level of service. Furthermore, you process the ability to work independently, with minimum supervision in a team environment. You take pride in learning new things fast and are highly effective in communication, business partnering, and presenting to senior management.
You have a natural talent for promoting a winning culture through focus on corporate values and productive partnerships within your department and across all other business functions.
It is a requirement that you have strong written and verbal English skills. Other languages are welcomed.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst your role will be to further enhance the reporting, analytic review and support to members of the Ambu groups commercial organization.
Your main responsibilities:
- Contribute to a better understanding of our profitability including understanding of our economic profit by segments and geographies
- Contribute to understanding of our enterprise risk and facilitate the corporate risk management process.
- Develop sales analysis that enables informed decision making, progress monitoring versus targets, and improve assumptions for future analytics – with focus on understanding the US business model and analysis of US tracing information.
- Adhere to the established reporting procedures, tools and processes to ensure consistency and efficiencies in performance reporting and analytics.
- Participate in projects and conduct ad-hoc analysis as assigned by management.
