We are looking for a new colleague that will be the Asset lead/Librarian in PromoMats in LEO Pharma with focus on shaping the way we work with and share assets used in disease awareness and marketing globally.
You will be driving the development and execution of the material by working cross-functionally to ensure full alignment with global business objectives to meet critical needs across the organization, and by defining the strategy for the best in class sharing and storage of assets given the global framework that has been established.
The right new colleague will have the opportunity to head up two important projects:
- LEO digital asset storage analysis and guidance project. The aim is to increase the usage of the product portals already available, the project will support our ambition of increase of reusing and repurposing the same assets for different channels and purposes, with the dedicated brand portals in PromoMats as the hub.
- Prepare and implement Digital Publishing from PromoMats directly to the digital space, which will enable us to centrally publish and withdraw digital contents to and from HCP portals, websites and Social Media.
The job
The PromoMats Asset Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering
strategies for Metadata Model Creation & Enrichment; Smart Keywords, Taxonomies and Assured Quality Control.
Overall aim of the position is to ensure all relevant commercial and medical contents are easy to find and manage, and are supported by the correct source files and renditions to work for a number of channels required for the execution of the launch of tralokinumab.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Partner closely with Brand Teams to ensure that the contents created have central expert support in production phase, which also includes metadata expertise to provide most up to date and efficient search capabilities are being applied and used in the most competent way
- Analyze metadata, tags, subtypes, search fields, and security policies, and identify inefficiencies and consider new solutions to ensure the asset brand portal is being utilized to its highest potential
- Develop relationships with key agencies to ensure the timely provision of content to the DAM, e.g. ensures correct resolution for multimedia; transparent background when needed; DPI suitable printable quality
- Tracks detailed data of all assets incoming and outgoing for yearly analysis to determine growth of business and necessary resource support
- Creates, updates, and distributes all necessary digital asset guidelines to ensure that processes are followed and kept relevant
- Will be the central hub for creating critical meta-data such as: Product Names; Agency Entries and Congress entries
- Responsible for quality control and technical viability of assets arriving from agencies and acquired by stock libraries from the Brand teams
- Establish a Brand Portal Owner community within LEO Pharma to ensure a capability exist to execute the strategy for Sharing of Master contents and facilitating Localization through easy access to assets
- Work with Brand Portal Owners to keep Brand Portals up to date with fresh content and assets
- Rights Management Control
Your qualifications
We expect you to hold BA Degree (Economy\MA Degree preferred) and 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in addition to:
- Creative work experience from at least one creative agency, working with Digital Contents, inDesign; HTML, as well as with print
- Experience with Veeva Vault, SFDC marketing cloud, SiteCore and other cloud based content management systems
- Teaching skills - proven experience in teaching technical skills to peers/customers
- Multicultural agility is a requirement, experience from a multinational environment is a plus
- Proven Analytical skills
- Deep knowledge within the field of marketing compliance
- Enough experience with the librarian side of contents management to understand the power of taxonomy to support the best search results as well as supporting Brand consistency
We are looking for a person with good business understanding and a global perspective who communicates effectively and are unafraid of the technologies we use to manage our contents here at LEO Pharma. You drive results based on a project plan and alignment and is action oriented while keeping the customer in focus.
Commercial operations – your new department
The role is in Global Commercial Affairs & Excellence and will report to Head of Commercial Operations which is part of Global Commercial Affairs and Excellence. This position leaves you with a large group of stakeholders from all over the entire organization, and in particular local and regional PromoMats Leads, Marketers, Communication and related projects.
Travel: 5% - 10%
