Help Build a professional Corporate Planning and Reporting function
LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you.
As a member of Corporate Planning and Reporting, you will join a small team, dedicated to deliver timely and high-quality financial management reporting to the Global Leadership Team (GLT), LEO Pharma’s Board of Directors and the LEO Foundation. Our ambition is to act and deliver reporting in line with listed companies.
The Job
In your role as Business Analyst in Corporate Planning and Reporting you will drive the overall financial planning processes and financial reporting to LEO Management (GLT), Board of Directors and LEO Foundation. Your tasks will be to:
- Monitor financial performance and facilitate monthly performance review meetings with global functions and regions.
- Drive our monthly and quarterly reporting to GLT, Board of Directors and the LEO Foundation.
- Continuously improve our management reporting.
- Plan and drive financial planning processes including target-setting and quarterly financial guidance to the Board of Directors.
- Drive and support the optimization of financial processes and implementation of systems in corporation with both Finance colleagues and teams outside Finance where processes are linked to Finance.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insights on specific issues.
About You
You have a relevant university degree with business emphasis in a related field and minimum 3-6 years as a Business Analyst. You have a solid interest in communication of financial results to non-finance people, a strong business understanding, you are structured and always meet deadlines. You are detailed-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality, you have an analytical mindset, strong collaboration skills and furthermore, any working experience with SAP and SAP Analysis. In addition, experience from a listed company is an advantage.
Your New Team
You will join the FP&A department including three teams: Corporate Planning and Reporting, Center for Analytics & Financial Management Information. All three teams are committed to support our Global Finance function within the areas planning, reporting, creating insights via analytics and secure strong data structure and governance.
You will be encouraged to work with a high level of autonomy and independence and be tasked with continuous optimization of the global financial reporting and planning processes. In this global role, business travel is limited. You will be reporting to the Head of FP&A, based at LEO Pharma headquarters in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark.
