For the past 1 ½ year, Group IT has work extensively to implement Microsoft D365 globally, as the new ERP platform for GN Hearing. Over the next 6-8 years, this implementation will cover functionality within sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance.
We are therefore excited that the next step in our ERP transformational journey, is to implement Microsoft D365 globally, as the new cloud-based ERP platform for GN Audio, as well.
With this implementation, we will secure one common ERP platform and allow for high quality and synergies across our busines units - GN Audio and GN Hearing.
Join our cross-functional global ERP Project Team
To achieve a successful implementation, we are looking for a new ambitious colleague to join our ERP Project Team consisting of 16 specialists within Group IT.

Design & deliver Finance solutions
At our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join Group IT with colleagues in Denmark, China, and in the US.
As our IT Finance Consultant, you will be a part of a team that designs and delivers finance ERP solutions. You will participate in the design, development and deployment of D365FO in our 30 entities globally.
In close collaboration with our external partners – and with your internal team - you will:

To be successful in your new role, it is vital that you are able to constantly listen- and challenge your stakeholders throughout the organization, with the purpose of transforming the way that we operate.
You have a business-, and analytical mindset. You thrive in a dynamic environment and take pride in delivering projects within scope. In addition, you possess stakeholder management-, and communication abilities.
In addition, we expect that you have:
You should also expect to travel yearly between 20-30 days across the globe, to visit our sites and sales companies (once the global COV-19 pandemic is managed)

As our IT Finance Consultant, you will be a part of a team that designs and delivers finance ERP solutions. You will participate in the design, development and deployment of D365FO in our 30 entities globally.
In close collaboration with our external partners – and with your internal team - you will:
- Define, design-, and develop finance solutions suitable for global use. You will mainly be working with D365FO. However, you will also participate in implementing minor improvement of our current SCM solution in our current AX2012 solution
- Advise users and colleagues on how to benefit from using standard functionalities
- Collaborate closely with global colleagues throughout the world
- Provide excellent 3rd-level support for complex technical D365FO/ AX2012 issues, if the issues cannot be solved by our application support team
A finance Consultant with a strong desire to listen, challenge and transform
To be successful in your new role, it is vital that you are able to constantly listen- and challenge your stakeholders throughout the organization, with the purpose of transforming the way that we operate.
You have a business-, and analytical mindset. You thrive in a dynamic environment and take pride in delivering projects within scope. In addition, you possess stakeholder management-, and communication abilities.
In addition, we expect that you have:
- Min. 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365FO
- Have expert knowledge of AX2012/D365FO finance functionalities
- Bring a business understanding and the ability to balance cost-benefit
- Communicate effortlessly in Danish and English
You should also expect to travel yearly between 20-30 days across the globe, to visit our sites and sales companies (once the global COV-19 pandemic is managed)
