At GN Group, we design and produce intelligent audio solutions that let you hear more, do more and be more than you ever thought possible. At our HQ in Ballerup, you will become part of Group Finance and join our Treasury team, counting you and your colleague based in Singapore.
Engaging with a broad network of stakeholders, you will also collaborate closely with our accounting teams to create a strong link between our accounts and reporting – and in that way, support a growing GN business globally.
Shape our global back office treasury function
Your main objective will be to strengthen our global treasury back office processes and play a pivotal role in the daily operation of our centralized in-house bank for the GN Group.
You will also ensure we are up to date on the newest financial systems and drive automation and integration through our treasury risk management system (Kyriba) in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance and timely reporting, some of your main responsibilities will also be:

You will also ensure we are up to date on the newest financial systems and drive automation and integration through our treasury risk management system (Kyriba) in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance and timely reporting, some of your main responsibilities will also be:
- Verification, documentation, settlement and reporting of financial transactions (incl. derivatives) executed by GN’s Group Treasury with its trading partners, including confirmation matching, market conformity checking and hedge accounting documentation
- Netting, settlement and execution of treasury-related payments ensuring group solvency
- Reporting of transactions as legally or regulatory required (e.g. EMIR, Dodd-Frank Act, etc.)
- User and master data administration of our risk management system and maintenance of market data
- Supporting payment infrastructure projects (host-to-host, SWIFT) and payment templates (XML)

Moreover, you:
- Bring 3-5 years of experience working within the back office of a bank or other financial institutions
- Have basic knowledge of cash management tools (e.g. zero-balance cash pools), ISO 20022 and SWIFT MTXXX
- Bring knowledge of IFRS requirements for hedge accounting such as effectiveness testing and mark-to-market methods, i.e. fair market valuation
- Might be familiar with treasury or risk management systems
- Have the flexibility to travel around 20-30 days a year to primarily Singapore to share best practices with your colleague there
